LCSS are 100% committed to protecting your privacy and security. All particulars supplied to us will be handled confidentially in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018. The personal information that we collect from you will be held securely either electronically or manually and retained for a time period that complies with the Data Protection Act.
We only collect relevant information in order to process your order/entry and to provide you with the best possible level of service. To maintain a responsible level of financial administration it is essential that we retain certain information about you on our computer system, such as your name, postal address, post code and email address, and if supplied telephone numbers. In addition, we will keep records of your orders, invoices, payments and product returns, if any. We guarantee that we will only use the information collected about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, and under no circumstances will we share, sell or divulge your details to any unrelated third party. A copy of this information can be made available to the account holder.
Once your order is complete we will not email you unless you have subscribed to our newsletter or given us your consent to do so. Please note that by entering our show you consent to your name in the Exhibitor listing within the London Show Catalogue.
7. Jurisdiction
LCSS cannot be held responsible for any losses arising directly, indirectly or consequentially loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and LCSS when you commenced using the website.
Terms and Conditions and use of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
8. Refunds and Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Show catalogues cannot be returned.
Our return policy does not cover an on-line entry, once entries have closed you will not be entitled to a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at infor@thelondonshow.org and send your item to: 177 Littlecoates Rd, Grimsby, North East Lincs, DN34 5TF.
Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 177 Littlecoates Rd, Grimsby, North East Lincs, DN34 5TF
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage & packing for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage & packing will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
9. Show Rules
By entering the London Show every exhibitor agrees to the following show rules:
Every exhibit must be registered with the BRC in the exhibitor’s name by the date of entry for the show.
Entries received after the closing date or without full remittance will be returned. Alterations will not be allowed to entries received after the closing date, unless they arise from an administrative error by LCSS. In the event of an incorrect entry, monies remain payable.
Exhibitors must be members at the time of entering to be eligible for the Guardsman Gamble class (Challenge of rabbits placed fourth in Breed Members class).
Any exhibitor wishing to sell Rabbits at the show must request this with their entry stating the price in the column provided. These will be advertised in the show catalogue and sold through the Section Manager with the LCSS taking 20% commission. NO OTHER STOCK MAY BE SOLD PRIVATELY AT THE SHOW.
No rabbits other than those entered in show, in auction or in pre-booked holding pens will be allowed in the show hall.
Exhibits can be penned on Friday from 5.00pm up to 9.00p.m and on Saturday from 7.00a.m up to 8.30a.m. We cannot accept exhibits after this time. Exhibits must be penned by 8.30a.m Saturday and must remain in their show pens until judging has been completed on Sunday afternoon. NO EARLY PASSES WILL BE ISSUED except in accordance with BRC rule B.4.1 at discretion of the society All Judging will be undertaken in accordance with BRC rules. The Show Hall will be closed from 5.00p.m Saturday until 8.00a.m Sunday.
In line with BRC rules exhibitors must ensure that their stock is provided with bedding , water and fibre at all times. All exhibitors must remove their bedding from the pens and take it away with them at the end of the show as per BRC rule B4.8. A team of Animal Welfare Officers will be on duty throughout the show weekend. The London Championship Show Society reserves the right to remove any exhibit that appears distressed or is exhibiting health concerns. Any expense incurred in the event of the Duty Vet being called to an exhibit, will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
10. Severability
In the event that any provision contained within these terms and conditions shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable by any relevant judicial decree or decision, the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable.
